Men’s Primary Care (MPC) is a combination of direct primary care and concierge medicine. At T-Source, our subscription based primary care service is a type of membership program offered to our TRT client’s and provides them with a more accessible, affordable, and convenient way to receive primary medical care, with greater emphasis on preventive care and ongoing management of chronic health conditions.

At T-Source, our MPC subscription service includes unlimited access to our medical provider for routine checkups, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, preventive care, and management of ongoing health conditions. Subscribers can communicate with the healthcare provider through confidential telemedicine consultations, phone calls, or secure messaging.
